Overview
To publish content through AI Wave, you need to connect your social media accounts. This guide walks you through connecting each platform.
LinkedIn
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn
Authorize
Click Connect and sign in to your LinkedIn account. Authorize AI Wave to post on your behalf.
Select Profile
Choose whether to post as your personal profile or a company page you admin.
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations → Twitter/X
Authorize
Click Connect and sign in to your Twitter/X account. Authorize AI Wave.
Confirm
Your handle will appear in the integration card once connected.
Facebook & Instagram
Facebook and Instagram require a Meta Business Manager account. Both are available on Growth plans and above.
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook or Instagram
Authorize with Meta
Click Connect and sign in to your Meta Business account.
Select Pages
Choose which Facebook Page and/or Instagram Business account to connect.
Reddit
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations → Reddit
Authorize
Click Connect and sign in to your Reddit account.
Select Subreddits
Optionally, configure which subreddits are relevant for your campaigns.
Reddit has strict rules about promotional content. Always review Reddit-targeted content carefully and ensure it follows each subreddit’s specific rules.
Threads, Bluesky
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations → Select platform
Authorize
Click Connect and follow the authorization flow.
Troubleshooting
Connection Failed
| Issue | Solution |
|---|
| OAuth error | Clear browser cookies and try again |
| ”Account already connected” | Disconnect from Settings first, then reconnect |
| Missing pages/profiles | Ensure you have admin access on the platform |
| Expired token | Click Reconnect in the integration card |
Publishing Failed
| Issue | Solution |
|---|
| Rate limited | Wait 15 minutes and retry |
| Permission denied | Reconnect the account to refresh permissions |
| Content rejected | Review platform-specific content guidelines |
