When you first sign into AI Wave, you’ll be guided through a 5-step onboarding process. This process helps our AI agents understand your business so they can create relevant, on-brand marketing from day one.

Step 1: Welcome

A brief introduction to AI Wave and what you can expect from the platform. No action required — just click Continue.

Step 2: Company Information

Tell us about your business so our AI agents can research your industry and create relevant campaigns.
The Description field is especially important — this is what our Orchestrator agent uses as a starting point to research your market. Be specific about what you sell and to whom.

Step 3: Brand DNA

Define your brand identity so AI-generated content matches your voice and style.

Brand Voice

Choose your brand’s tone from the available options:
  • Professional — Corporate, formal, authoritative
  • Friendly — Warm, approachable, conversational
  • Bold — Direct, confident, provocative
  • Technical — Precise, detail-oriented, expert
  • Creative — Playful, innovative, unconventional
You can also provide free-text guidelines for additional nuance (e.g., “We never use exclamation marks” or “Always mention sustainability”).

Step 4: Connect Channels

Link the platforms where you want AI Wave to publish content. You can connect:

Social Media

LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Threads, Bluesky

Email

Connect your email sending service (Resend)

Paid Ads

Google Ads, Meta Ads

Analytics

Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console
You can skip this step and connect channels later from the Integrations Hub. However, connecting at least one social account now will let you get the most out of your first campaign.

After Onboarding

Once onboarding is complete, you’ll land on your Dashboard — the central hub of AI Wave. From here you can:
  • Create your first campaign
  • View connected channels
  • Access settings and integrations
  • Explore the platform
