Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role (see below)
  5. Click Send Invitation
Team Invite
The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your workspace. The invitation expires after 7 days.

Managing Members

Changing a Role

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Find the team member
  3. Click the role dropdown
  4. Select the new role

Removing a Member

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Find the team member
  3. Click Remove
  4. Confirm the removal
Removing a team member immediately revokes their access. Any content they created remains in the workspace.

Transferring Ownership

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Find the member you want to make Owner
  3. Click Transfer Ownership
  4. Confirm with your password
Each workspace can only have one Owner. Transferring ownership demotes you to Admin.
