Workspaces

A workspace is your organization’s home in AI Wave. It contains all your campaigns, content, integrations, analytics, and team settings. When you sign up, a workspace is automatically created for your organization.

Inviting Members

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address and select a role
  4. They’ll receive an invitation email to join your workspace

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access. Manage billing, team, and all settings.
AdminManage campaigns, integrations, and team members. Cannot manage billing.
EditorCreate and edit campaigns. Approve content. Cannot manage settings.
ViewerView campaigns and analytics. Cannot create or edit.
Every workspace must have at least one Owner. Ownership can be transferred in Settings → Team.

Collaboration Features

Shared Campaigns

All campaigns are visible to every team member (based on their role permissions). Multiple editors can work on different aspects of a campaign simultaneously.

Activity Log

Every action in AI Wave is logged in the activity feed:
  • Campaign creation and updates
  • Content approvals and rejections
  • Publishing events
  • Team member actions
