Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Plan

Go to SettingsBilling to see:
  • Your current plan and billing cycle
  • Next payment date and amount
  • Current usage against quotas
  • Payment history

Upgrading

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change
Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.

Downgrading

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower plan
  4. Confirm the change
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll retain access to all features until then.
When downgrading, ensure your current usage fits within the lower plan’s limits. Active campaigns exceeding the new plan’s limits will be paused.

Payment Methods

AI Wave accepts:
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • SEPA Direct Debit (for EU customers)
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsBillingPayment Method
  2. Click Update
  3. Enter your new payment details
  4. Click Save

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically for each billing cycle. You can:
  • View all invoices in SettingsBillingInvoice History
  • Download invoices as PDF
  • Invoices include your organization name and VAT number (if configured)

Adding VAT/Tax Information

  1. Go to SettingsBillingTax Information
  2. Enter your VAT number and business address
  3. Click Save
This information will appear on all future invoices.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:
  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation
Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your workspace will be archived (data retained for 90 days).
