Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Your Plan
Go to Settings → Billing to see:- Your current plan and billing cycle
- Next payment date and amount
- Current usage against quotas
- Payment history

Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Downgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select the lower plan
- Confirm the change
Payment Methods
AI Wave accepts:- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- SEPA Direct Debit (for EU customers)
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method
- Click Update
- Enter your new payment details
- Click Save
Invoices
Invoices are generated automatically for each billing cycle. You can:- View all invoices in Settings → Billing → Invoice History
- Download invoices as PDF
- Invoices include your organization name and VAT number (if configured)
Adding VAT/Tax Information
- Go to Settings → Billing → Tax Information
- Enter your VAT number and business address
- Click Save
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
