Overview

Every AI Wave campaign follows a structured lifecycle with clear phases. This ensures quality, transparency, and your full control at every step.
Campaign Lifecycle

The 6 Phases

Phase 1: Brief

You provide the campaign brief — what you’re promoting, who you’re targeting, and your goals. This is the only manual input required. The brief can be as simple as a few sentences or as detailed as a full marketing document. The more context you provide, the better the output.

Phase 2: Research & Strategy

The Orchestrator agent researches your company, industry, competitors, and audience. Then the Strategist agent creates a complete campaign strategy:
  • Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Positioning and messaging pillars
  • Channel mix and content calendar
  • Budget allocation (for paid campaigns)
  • KPIs and success metrics

Phase 3: Content Creation

The Copywriter agent generates content for every channel in your strategy:
  • Social posts optimized for each platform
  • Email campaigns with subject lines and CTAs
  • Ad copy with headlines and descriptions
  • AI-generated images

Phase 4: Review & Approval

You review all generated content in the Campaign Workspace. For each piece:
  • Approve — Queued for publishing
  • Request changes — AI revises based on your feedback
  • Reject — Removed from the campaign

Phase 5: Execution

Publishing agents (Social Publisher, Email Publisher, Ads Manager) execute the campaign:
  • Social posts are scheduled and published
  • Email sequences are sent
  • Ad campaigns go live with your approved budgets

Phase 6: Analysis & Optimization

The Analyst agent continuously monitors performance and provides:
  • Real-time metrics and dashboards
  • AI-generated insights and recommendations
  • Optimization suggestions for future campaigns

Campaign States

You can pause a live campaign at any time. Pausing stops all scheduled publishing immediately. You can resume whenever you’re ready.
