How Multi-Channel Works
When you create a campaign, the Strategist agent recommends which channels to use based on your audience and goals. The Copywriter then generates content optimized for each channel. Each channel has its own:- Content format — Optimized for the platform’s requirements
- Posting schedule — Based on when your audience is most active
- Performance tracking — Channel-specific metrics and benchmarks
- Publishing agent — Dedicated agent handling execution
You don’t have to use every channel. The Strategist will recommend the best mix for your specific campaign, and you choose which ones to include.
