Overview
Brand Settings (also called Brand DNA) tell AI Wave’s agents how to represent your brand. This information is used by the Copywriter, Strategist, and other agents to ensure all generated content is on-brand.
Brand Voice
Define how your brand communicates:
Tone Presets
| Tone | Description | Example |
|---|
| Professional | Formal, authoritative, corporate | ”Our platform delivers enterprise-grade solutions” |
| Friendly | Warm, approachable, conversational | ”We’re here to help you grow your business” |
| Bold | Direct, confident, provocative | ”Stop wasting time on manual marketing” |
| Technical | Precise, detailed, expert | ”Leveraging NLP-driven content optimization” |
| Creative | Playful, innovative, unconventional | ”Marketing that practically runs itself” |
Custom Guidelines
Add specific rules for your brand voice:
Examples:
- "Never use exclamation marks in LinkedIn posts"
- "Always mention sustainability when relevant"
- "Avoid jargon — our audience is non-technical founders"
- "Use 'you' and 'your' instead of 'users' and 'customers'"
- "Our competitors are X and Y — never mention them by name"
Visual Identity
| Setting | Description |
|---|
| Logo | Upload your logo (SVG or PNG). Used in email templates and reports. |
| Primary Color | Your main brand color. Applied to CTAs and highlights. |
| Secondary Color | Your accent color. Used for secondary elements. |
| Setting | Description |
|---|
| Company Name | Your official business name |
| Website | Your company URL |
| Industry | Your primary business category |
| Description | What your company does (used by the Orchestrator for research) |
| Target Market | B2B, B2C, or Both |
Provide details about your products or services to help agents create more specific content:
| Setting | Description |
|---|
| Product/Service Name | What you’re selling |
| Value Proposition | Your core benefit to customers |
| Key Features | Top features or capabilities |
| Differentiators | What makes you different from competitors |
| Pricing | Your pricing model (helps with CTA alignment) |
The more detail you provide in Brand Settings, the less context you need to include in each campaign brief. Think of it as training your AI marketing team once so they get it right every time.
