    **Never.** Every publish action, email send, and ad spend requires your explicit approval. AI Wave is designed with approval gates at every public-facing action.

    Yes. You can edit any content directly or ask the AI to revise it through the chat interface. You have full control over every word that gets published.

  <Accordion title="Is the AI-generated content unique?">
    Yes. All content is generated specifically for your brand, audience, and campaign goals. It's not templated or recycled from other users.

  <Accordion title="Which AI models does AI Wave use?">
    AI Wave uses a combination of leading AI models from OpenAI and Google, selected for each agent based on the task requirements. We continuously evaluate and update models to provide the best results.

    **No.** Your workspace data, brand information, and campaign materials are never used to train models for other customers. We maintain strict data-use opt-out agreements with all AI providers.

    Yes. AI Wave publishes to your existing social accounts. You'll need to connect them through our secure OAuth integration during setup.

## Account & Billing

    Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. See [Billing](/account/billing) for details.

    Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA Direct Debit for EU customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

    Your account remains active until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your workspace is archived and data is retained for 90 days.
