## How Multi-Channel Works

When you create a campaign, the **Strategist** agent recommends which channels to use based on your audience and goals. The **Copywriter** then generates content optimized for each channel.

Each channel has its own:

* **Content format** — Optimized for the platform's requirements
* **Posting schedule** — Based on when your audience is most active
* **Performance tracking** — Channel-specific metrics and benchmarks
* **Publishing agent** — Dedicated agent handling execution
