# Content Calendar

> Plan, schedule, and visualize your publishing timeline.

## Overview

The Content Calendar gives you a visual overview of all scheduled and published content across every channel. It's generated as part of your campaign strategy, and you can adjust it at any time.

## Calendar Views

| View      | Best For                                            |
| --------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **Week** | Detailed daily scheduling, reviewing upcoming posts |
| **Month** | High-level campaign overview, spotting gaps         |
| **List** | Sequential view of all scheduled content |

## How Scheduling Works

1. The **Strategist** agent proposes a content calendar based on optimal posting times for your audience
2. You review and adjust the schedule in the Calendar view
3. Drag-and-drop to reschedule any piece of content
4. The **Social Publisher** executes at the scheduled times

### Optimal Posting Times

AI Wave analyzes your audience data to determine the best times to post on each platform. Factors include:

* Your audience's timezone and activity patterns
* Platform-specific engagement patterns
* Historical performance data from your account

## Managing the Calendar

### Adding Content

* Content is automatically added when a campaign generates it
* Drag content from the **Content Library** onto the calendar to schedule it

### Rescheduling

* Click and drag any item to a new date/time
* Click on an item to edit its scheduled time precisely

### Filtering

Filter the calendar by:

* **Channel** — Show only LinkedIn, only Email, etc.
* **Campaign** — Show content from a specific campaign
* **Status** — Draft, Approved, Scheduled, Published

<Info>
  The calendar shows content across all active campaigns, giving you a unified view of your entire publishing schedule.
